How do I submit a ticket to the Account Administration department?

If your question is not answered, please check on the forums to see if there are details for how to solve your problem. If this also does not help, please submit a ticket to account administration support here. Please include the correct Login ID that you would like us to help you with on the space provided on the support form (it will say “Login ID:”). Please also include all of the information that you can provide in the support ticket. Not enough correct information will slow down our service to you as it will take longer to verify ownership of the account.
