Support Center: Holiday on Monday, August 3rd, 2015

Attention Mercenaries,

Due a local holiday on Monday, August 3rd, 2015 the support team will not be able answer your pending requests until Tuesday, August 4th, 2015.

Please avoid sending multiple request for the same issue as this might slow down the answer time.

In case your issue was solved before we are able to answer you, please use the delete function out lined here to close your ticket.

New "Deleted" Function in the Z8Games Support Center

Attention Mercenaries,

We added the option for players to delete their own tickets in the Support Center.

When you review a ticket, and the request is completed, and you want to remove the ticket for security reasons, you can change the status now to "Deleted".

You will not be able to reverse a deletion once you pressed "Update".

This function removes the tickets from the ticket history but the customer support team can still view the "Deleted" tickets in their logs.

If you have any questions, don't hesitate to contact the support team.

Using PayPal to reverse a Chargeback!

Attention Z8Games Users,

Please note that if you have a PayPal transaction that is Chargedback, you cannot use PayPal to reverse the chargeback. The only method of paying a Chargeback is by using a Prepaid Card (KarmaKoin, PaySafeCard, Etc.,)
