How do I change my email address?

In the Account Summary you will find the option by pressing the “Change” button next to the “Email Address”.
Please make sure to follow the instructions in the confirmation email sent, and check your spam folder in case you didn’t receive the confirmation email after you initiated the email change.
If you don’t have access to your old email, please submit a ticket to the Account Administration section.
Please fill out the support form with as much correct information as possible so that we can assist you in a prompt fashion. Once you submit a ticket, please do not submit another one as this will delay response times for tickets.
