PayPal Limit Increase

Attention Z8Games Users,

Starting Tuesday, September 5 2017, users will be able to submit requests to increase the daily limit on their PayPal ZP purchases.

Current limit: Maximum of 200,000 ZP per day or 3 transactions per day, whichever reached first.

When you submit a request, your account will be reviewed to determine your eligibility for a limit increase and respond to you with feedback regarding your request. Please note that Z8Games staff, in their sole discretion, reserve the right

DO NOT Use Paypal to pay 'Charge Backs'!

Attention Mercenaries,

Please note that if you have a PayPal transaction that is charged back, you cannot use PayPal to reverse the charge back or directly pay it through Paypal.

If you use Paypal to reverse or pay charge backs, you will increase the fees connected to the charge back and extend the time until your account can be released.

 

The only method of paying a charge back is by using a Prepaid Card (KarmaKoin, PaySafeCard, Etc.,)

New "Deleted" Function in the Z8Games Support Center

Attention Mercenaries,

We added the option for players to delete their own tickets in the Support Center.

When you review a ticket, and the request is completed, and you want to remove the ticket for security reasons, you can change the status now to "Deleted".



You will not be able to reverse a deletion once you pressed "Update".

This function removes the tickets from the ticket history but the customer support team can still view the "Deleted" tickets in their logs.
