Why hasn't a GM answered my ticket?

The support team of Z8Games can only answer support requests from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM EST. If you have submitted a ticket on the weekend, GM’s will review your ticket on Monday and answer them in the order received. Additionally, on some holidays the Z8Games support team will not be available.

Some requests may take longer due to a needed investigation. Please refrain from sending multiple requests for the same issue and make sure to choose the correct department when sending your ticket for best response times.
