I accidentally bought the wrong ZP or coupon exchange item at CrossFire? Can I bring it back and get a refund?

If your purchase was within 48 hours and it was a ZP or coupon exchange item with at least 30 days duration? Yes! But you have to act quickly and request a refund from Billing at http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit, press "Submit a ticket" choose "CrossFire" and then "Billing/Purchases". Please be aware that we cannot refund pre-orders, crates, GP, EP or FP items and temporary items with a duration less than 30 days. You can find the details in our Terms of Use:
