12 Days of Christmas - King Mode Tracker Issue

Attention Mercenaries,

 

Please note that we have identified an issue with the displayed tracking for the "12 Days of Christmas" event where King Mode games are not displayed properly.

We have verified and confirmed that the games are successfully tracking in the logs. Therefore please continue playing and if you complete the 15 games you will be awarded the ribbon if you have completed all previous missions for this event.

We would like to ask you to wait until the ribbon distribution is completed on Wednesday December 28 before submitting a ticket regarding this issue.

Thank you for your understanding, and we apologize for any inconvenience.

DO NOT Use Paypal to pay 'Charge Backs'!

Attention Mercenaries,

Please note that if you have a PayPal transaction that is charged back, you cannot use PayPal to reverse the charge back or directly pay it through Paypal.

If you use Paypal to reverse or pay charge backs, you will increase the fees connected to the charge back and extend the time until your account can be released.

 

The only method of paying a charge back is by using a Prepaid Card (KarmaKoin, PaySafeCard, Etc.,)

New "Deleted" Function in the Z8Games Support Center

Attention Mercenaries,

We added the option for players to delete their own tickets in the Support Center.

When you review a ticket, and the request is completed, and you want to remove the ticket for security reasons, you can change the status now to "Deleted".

You will not be able to reverse a deletion once you pressed "Update".

This function removes the tickets from the ticket history but the customer support team can still view the "Deleted" tickets in their logs.
