My account has been stolen. What do I do?

To inquire about your stolen account, you must first create an alternate account on our website. From here, you must log in to your alternate account at the top of the screen and then submit a ticket explaining your issue in detail. Please submit a ticket to the Account Administration section.

Please fill out the support form with as much correct information as possible so that we can assist you in a prompt fashion. Once you submit a ticket, please do not submit another one as this will delay response times for tickets.
