How do I report a hacker?

In order to take full action against hackers, we must analyze the evidence in the form of replays. Match replays can be saved in CrossFire by clicking the "Save" button on the results screen after the match is over or whenever you leave a match. Once the file is saved, it will appear in your "C:\Users\username\Documents\Cross Fire\Replay" folder (default). You can then fill out a hack submission form and upload the replay file to us through our support site. 

Please log into www.z8games.com and go to support.z8games.com to submit a hack report. On the left side of the screen, you will see a "Hacking Report" button. Please click it to submit a new hacking report. Note that only reports with replays will be considered and that your report will go into the queue to be reviewed by us. We cannot guarantee the outcome of your report immediately, and we do not tell you the results of your report.  Please make sure that the name of the person you accuse of hacking is correct as we won’t be able to properly review the hack report otherwise.
