04. How do I change my email address?

In order to change the email address on your account, please visit the My Account page, and then click on Account Management.  Click on Change E-mail Address.  In order to change your email in this way, you need to know and have access to your current email, and you would need to know your security answer.  Please note that security answers are case sensitive.

If you do not know the email that is on your account, or if you cannot access the email on your account anymore, please submit a ticket to our account administration support team: http://support.z8games.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

Please fill out the support form with as much correct information as possible, so that we can assist you in a prompt fashion.  Once you submit a ticket, please do not submit another one, as this will delay response times for tickets.  Please also do not submit a ticket from a different account about the original issue, as this also delays response times.
